Account and data deletion

Opening this page does not delete your account or data. Deletion is only processed after we receive your request and verify that you own the account.

How to request deletion

To request deletion of your Rush64 Chess account and its associated data, email us from the address linked to your account. support@rush64chess.com.

Use the subject: Delete Rush64 Chess account. If you used Google Sign-In, include the associated Google email address.

Data we delete

Your user account, profile, photo or avatar and associated internal identifiers.
Progress, XP, level, virtual coins, streaks and statistics.
Comments, created tournaments, invitations, blocks and other account-linked content, except data we must retain for safety or legal reasons.
Notification tokens and analytics records that can reasonably be linked to your account.

Data we may retain

We may retain minimum technical records, anti-fraud data, security information, Google Play purchase receipts or data strictly required to meet legal obligations for as long as legally necessary.

Time frame

We process deletion requests within a reasonable time, normally within 30 days after we can verify the account. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel a Google Play subscription: cancel it separately in Google Play to avoid future renewals.
