Rush64 Chess
Privacy policy
Last updated: September 9, 2026
This policy explains how Rush64 Chess handles the information required to provide chess training, progress, tournaments, rewards, account synchronization, subscriptions and optional rewarded ads.
Data we may collect
- Account data, such as email, name, username and avatar, when you sign in with a supported provider.
- Content you choose to publish: comments, profile photos or avatars, tournament names and descriptions, reports and blocks.
- App usage data, such as progress, level, XP, virtual coins, streaks, statistics, tournaments, rankings and interactions with app features.
- Technical and analytics data: random installation identifier, sessions, first use, device type, platform, language, campaign parameters, usage events, diagnostics and IP address. IP may reveal approximate location, but we do not collect precise location.
- If you enable notifications: installation identifier, notification token, platform, language, time zone and preferences.
- Google Mobile Ads may collect or share IP address, interactions, diagnostics and device or advertising identifiers according to your consent and applicable law.
- To verify a subscription we process the product, user identifier, purchase token, purchase history and transaction status, and renewal or expiry dates.
How we use data
- To create and maintain your account, save progress and synchronize your experience across devices.
- To publish community content, apply blocks, review reports and moderate abuse.
- To display rankings, tournaments, rewards, history and statistics.
- To measure feature usage and improve the stability, security and operation of the app.
- To send streak, tournament and selected news reminders only with your permission.
- To display and measure rewarded ads, prevent fraud and grant rewards after an ad is completed.
- To verify purchases, restore subscriptions and synchronize PRO benefits.
Providers
- We use Supabase for authentication and data, Firebase Cloud Messaging for notifications, and Google Sign-In and Sign in with Apple as sign-in options.
- We use the Apple App Store on iOS and Google Play on Android to distribute the app and process purchases, Google Mobile Ads for rewarded ads and Google UMP for consent management.
- We use RevenueCat to validate purchases, manage subscriptions and synchronize PRO access.
- Each provider handles data under its own privacy policy and only to provide the required services.
Advertising and consent
- Rewarded ads are optional and offered to users without PRO to recover lives. Closing an ad before completion grants no reward.
- Before requesting ads, Google UMP checks whether privacy choices must be shown. In the EEA, United Kingdom and Switzerland you may consent, refuse or manage purposes and providers.
- Refusing or withdrawing consent does not prevent use of the game. Google may show limited or non-personalized ads, or no ad may be available.
- When Google requires it, you can reopen privacy choices from settings.
- Users with an active PRO subscription do not see rewarded ads.
Subscriptions and payments
- Subscriptions are purchased through the Apple App Store on iOS or Google Play on Android. Rush64 Chess does not receive your full card or payment details.
- RevenueCat and our backend verify purchases to activate, renew, restore or remove PRO benefits.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription in the store where you purchased it: the Apple App Store or Google Play, using the account used for the purchase. Benefits normally remain active until the paid period ends.
Notifications and consent
- Notifications are optional and can be disabled by category, in the app or in device settings.
- Personal reminders are scheduled locally; tournament and news notifications are delivered through Firebase Cloud Messaging.
- Disabling notifications cancels pending reminders and marks the device registration as inactive.
Virtual coins and tournaments
- Coins, streaks, rewards and tournaments are part of the game experience.
- Virtual coins are not real money, cannot be withdrawn or exchanged for money and are not a financial product.
Health, location and sensitive data
- Rush64 Chess is not designed to collect health or financial data, precise location, contacts, private messages or personal files other than the photo you choose as an avatar.
Retention and deletion
- We retain data while it is needed to provide the service and meet legal or security obligations.
- Reported content and moderation records may be retained temporarily for safety, abuse prevention and dispute resolution.
- Notification records stop being used when you withdraw permission or disable notifications.
- Google UMP retains advertising preferences to honor your choice.
- Purchase data is retained as needed to verify PRO, restore purchases, prevent fraud and meet legal obligations.
- You can request deletion from your profile or the public account deletion page.
Your choices and rights
- You can withdraw notifications and review available advertising privacy choices from settings.
- Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection and withdraw consent.
- You may also reset or delete the advertising identifier in your device settings.
